Monday afternoon I send the touch panel of our oven to repartly, today received it back and all "touch keys" work perfectly and reliable again. Miele should be ashamed they cannot offer the same level of service as repartly.

With the EFU 002 there is usually 1 error pattern, which speaks for a defective electronics:
- The device has no function.
- Motor does not turn/rinsing flashes
* Electronics, at which repair attempts are already recognizable, we do not repair.
* If the electronics do not have a defect, we will refund the purchase amount less the costs incurred up to that point (normally not more than 25 €).
